achieve our goals:

Continue our "Living
Together" program, which brings Jewish and Arab children
together to
work cooperatively on hands-on projects helping animals.

Fill the Isaac Bashevis Singer
Humane Education Center at the SPCA in Tel Aviv with books, computers, videos,
and other material that will help us educate children about animals and
compassionate living.

Develop and distribute humane education
materials for schoolchildren.

Expand our media campaign to provide
information on the proper treatment of animals.

Implement a nationwide
spay/neuter program, including a public awareness campaign. We would
like to create a fund to make free spay and neuter services possible
for those who cannot afford to pay.

Provide hands-on training
to municipal veterinarians, heads of shelters, and
shelter workers in more cities throughout Israel.

Construct a sanctuary for abused horses and donkeys.
-
Hire an attorney,
part-time, to undertake animal-abuse cases and legislative
initiatives on behalf of animals.

Promote the use of alternatives
to animals in laboratories and help develop alternatives where none
exist.
